Making Tonkotsu Ramen

Step 1

Boil 4 cups of water, then add Ramen (#1). Stir the noodles using chopsticks to prevent from from sticking together. Cover the pot and wait for water to boil again. Once the water begins boiling again, stir the noodles around, add another cup of water and cover the pot again. Once the water begins boiling again, pull the noodles out of the pot to prevent them from soaking too long. 

Step 2

Boil another 4 ½ cups of water, add the Soup Base (#4) and mix until the color has evened out. Add Chashu Meat (#3) and boil for 30 seconds, then turn off the heat. Take the meat out of the pot (you may put it with the noodles).

Step 3

Add Vegetable Mix (#4), Corn (#5) , Chopped Green Onion (#6), Roasted Sesame Seeds (#7)  (also Bamboo Shoots if you purchased them separately) on top of the noodles and meat, then carefully pour the hot soup in and enjoy!
