Heat pan to medium heat, then add 2 tablespoon of oil and spread it around. Then, add Bell Peppers (#1), and stir until they are soft (~3 minutes).
Add the protein of your choice (Chicken, Shrimp, or Tofu) (#2), and pour Kung Pao Sauce (#3), then turn heat to low. Cover the pan and let it all simmer for around a minute (or 20-40 second if you have shrimp).
Bring the fire up to a high setting, add in Yellow Squash (#4), and stir fry for another minute before adding Dried Chili (#5). Portion out your meal onto their plates, top with Roasted Peanuts (#6), and enjoy.
Kung Pao dishes go best with steamed rice!
